Establishing Our New Operational Hub
Contact Solar has seen exponential growth since we started our journey at our Chorley headquarters in 2012. We were thrilled to open the doors to our brand-new Manchester location in September 2023, allowing us to expand our team even further.
We chose Manchester as the site of our first operational hub for many reasons, from its excellent transport links to its promising talent pool and potential for networking and social events. As a city with ambitious carbon reduction targets, Manchester also presents enormous opportunities to equip more homes and businesses with tailored solar PV systems, helping them to reduce their environmental impact while saving money on their energy bills.
Based in the heart of Manchester city centre, our modern open-plan office provides an uplifting space for our team to collaborate and innovate. This new expansion will enable us to bring on up to 36 additional full-time staff, helping us to assist even more people with their journey to net zero.

Our new Contact Solar Manchester office is just the first stage in our expansion, serving as a stepping stone to further growth in the months and years ahead. We are keen to continue targeting cities across the UK, setting up additional operational hubs as we build our team nationwide.
