Promotion Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions refer to the promotional offer (“Promotion”) brought to you by Contact T/A Contact Solar Ltd, whose registered office is at 316 Blackpool Rod, Preston, Lancashire, PR2 3AE (“Contact T/A Contact Solar Ltd”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

The Promotion is open to all Contact T/A Contact Solar Ltd customers but not to employees of Contact T/A Contact Solar Ltd, or any organisation professionally involved in this Promotion, or their close relatives. By using this Promotion, you indicate acceptance of these rules together with any specific instructions and terms for such Promotion which may be mentioned in any electronic messages, on the website, or communicated to you in any other way.

Promotion

The Promotion will be applied to all relevant orders, such orders will be subject to our standard terms and conditions of purchase and product / service specific terms and conditions of use. As well as out standard quote terms and conditions.  

The Promotion is only available to you if, at the time of taking advantage of the Promotion, you do not already have an agreed quotation with Contact T/A Contact Solar Ltd.  The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion unless otherwise indicated.

In the event of product cancellations, refunds will be given for the amount of the original purchase less the discount received.  The Discount applies to the base price and does not include additional attributes.  The Discount does not apply to additional modules, add-ons and third-party products. VAT or equivalent sales tax is still payable at standard rates.

If you make use of a Promotion and subsequently cancel the subscription to the product / service forming part of the Promotion, we reserve the right to remove the Promotion and revert to the original recommended retail price for the product / service forming part of the Promotion.

The Promotion is only eligible in the time sensitive parameters outlined in the promotion communication you will have received from Contact Solar. Physical evidence of the promotion can be requested at Contact Solar’s request, to validate the Promotion. Failure to produce this could result in the withdrawal of the Promotion from Contact Solar.

Our Liability to you

We shall not be liable to you if you suffer any loss or damage from the Promotion (including without limitation any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of goodwill that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion) or from our refusal to allow you to take part in the Promotion or our withdrawal of the Promotion or any other failure or inability by you to participate in or benefit from the Promotion for any reason. Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

How we will use your entry

If you take part in the Promotion, we will use any relevant details submitted to administer the Promotion. With your consent, we will also publish any details on our website as appropriate.  We may need to share your details with our agents or contractors who help us to run our marketing and promotional activities. General

Contact T/A Contact Solar Ltd reserves the right to change these terms and conditions from time to time and/or at its absolute discretion refuse the Promotion or withdraw the Promotion from a participant or beneficiary at any time without notice.

These terms and conditions (and all non-contractual claims and disputes) are governed by English law and by making use of the Promotion, you agree that the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction of any such claims or disputes which arise out of or in connection with this Promotion.
